At Kooler Garage Doors, you own your information. You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time — including any data we received through our website, our SMS program, or Facebook and Meta platforms (such as a Facebook or Instagram lead form). This page explains exactly how to make that request and what happens next.

What Data This Covers

A deletion request covers the personal information we hold about you, which may include:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and service address;
• Details of any quote, booking, or service request you submitted;
• Your SMS opt-in and consent status;
• Information we received from a Facebook or Instagram lead form or other Meta platform interaction;
• Advertising and measurement data we associate with you.

How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data in any of the following ways. Please use the email address or phone number you originally provided so we can locate your records.

1. Email — send a message to matt@koolergaragedoors.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include your full name and the email address or phone number associated with your records.
2. Phone — call us at 970-660-3456 and let us know you would like your data deleted.
3. Mail — write to Kooler Garage Doors, 595 25 Rd, Grand Junction, CO 81505.

What to Include

• Your full name;
• The email address and/or phone number you used when you contacted us or submitted a form;
• If your request relates to a Facebook or Instagram interaction, please mention that so we can locate the corresponding lead data.

What Happens Next

Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete the personal data we hold about you from our active systems within 30 days, and we will confirm by email or phone when it is complete. We may retain a limited amount of information where we are required to do so by law (for example, completed-transaction or tax records), and we will tell you if any such exception applies to your request.

Facebook & Meta Data

If you interacted with Kooler Garage Doors through Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta platform, the same request above will remove the personal data we received from that platform. You can also manage and remove your activity and ad-personalization settings directly within your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
